Thank you for contacting us. The calculations are based on the withholding tax guidelines published by each state and the IRS every year. We also double check our calculations automatically. If you want to verify the calculations, you can look up the calculation method for each tax or deduction and calculate the amount manually.

Thanks for contacting us. That is a great suggestion. I will contact our software team and request this feature. I think many people would like a monthly subscription to automatically generate pay stubs. Currently, our software can only generate pay stubs when you need them.
